KYC verification may be declined for several reasons. The two most common causes are unsupported documents or duplicate accounts.
1. KYC Declined Due to Unsupported Documents
If your KYC was declined due to unsupported documents, it means the documents you submitted did not meet the required verification standards. Common reasons include:
The document type is not accepted.
The image is unclear, cropped, or blurry.
The document does not match the required format or is expired.
How to resolve:
Submit documents from the accepted list of IDs or proofs of address.
Ensure the document is clear, legible, and fully visible.
Replace any unsupported documents with valid alternatives.
2. KYC Declined Due to Duplicate Accounts
We allow only one verified account per individual. Declined KYC can occur if our system detects multiple accounts using the same personal information.
How to resolve:
Use the account that has already been verified.
Avoid submitting KYC for multiple accounts under your name or personal details.
Tip: Carefully check all documents and account information before submission to avoid delays in KYC approval.
