What is the No-Chargeback Clause?

Once a service (such as a challenge or funded account) has started, you are not permitted to file a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

This policy protects both traders and the firm by preventing disputes after services have already been delivered.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after service activation will be considered a violation of the agreement and may result in account termination.
