Are there any IP restrictions?

Yes. For security and compliance reasons, the region of your IP address must remain consistent when you:

  • Purchase your evaluation

  • Log in to the Capital Chain website

  • Access your account (during both the Evaluation Phase and on your Master Account)

If our Risk Team detects a significant change in your IP address region, you may be asked to provide proof of location (e.g., a utility bill or government-issued ID) to verify your identity.

Important: IP Sharing is Prohibited

To prevent fraud and unauthorized access, sharing your IP/network is strictly prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Allowing another person to trade or access your account using your Wi-Fi or network

  • Logging in from shared/public networks where multiple users may access or trade on different accounts

  • Any attempt to use the same IP/network to operate or manage multiple accounts

Capital Chain does not allow IP sharing under any circumstances. Accounts involved in IP/network sharing may be flagged, restricted, or blocked after review.

This policy helps protect both traders and Capital Chain from fraudulent activity and unauthorized access.
